About our presenter:

Matt Henderson

Matt Henderson joined PayneWest in 2013 as a select benefits sales executive. Prior to joining PayneWest, Matt distinguished himself among his peers as a leader in the development of innovative employee benefit solutions, focusing on alternative risk financing and effective risk management. As a result of his efforts, his clients saw dramatic decreases in the cost of providing comprehensive benefit programs without sacrificing the level of benefits provided. He continues to take a lead role in bringing new programs to the market, and in collaboration with his team, is always on the hunt for the next big solution to bring to the market. Matt is a graduate of Columbia Basin College where he was the ASCBC president, and then he obtained his degree in Business Administration from Eastern Washington University. Matt is a graduate of Leadership Tri-Cities (Class XII) and currently serves on the board of the YMCA of the Greater Tri-Cities, Lourdes Health, Columbians Drum and Bugle Corps, Junior Achievement, and was the President of the Pasco Kiwanis Club in 2016. Matt is an accomplished drummer/percussionist and can be seen performing all over town or coaching Percussion for the Chiawana High School marching band in the fall. Most of all, he loves to spend his free time with his wife and three kids.
