President's Message Dear CBSHRM Members, As we move through this year, our board is focused on strengthening community partnerships that support and advance the HR profession. We are committed to serving the HR professionals-and those who carry HR responsibilities as part of their roles-by ensuring you remain informed, prepared and connected in an ever-evolving workplace landscape. Our organization exists to help you stay at the forefront of key legislative and regulatory developments that impact your work, while also providing access to high-quality learning opportunities within our community. Equally important, we strive to create meaningful opportunities to network, collaborate and share best practices with peers who understand the challenges and opportunities of today's HR environment. In alignment with these goals, we are excited to share that we are rebranding and you will start to see our new name and logo, SHRM Columbia Basin, later this year. This rebrand reflects our commitment to consistency, credibility and a stronger connection to the broader SHRM community within the state of Washington and nationally, while continuing to deliver relevant, local value to our members.
