BUILDING HIGH-PERFORMANCE RELATIONSHIPS FOR RESULTS
Presented by: Diane Welch, SPHR, SHRM-SCP of Human Resources and Management Solutions

Building and retaining relationships is a foundation for leadership.  You must develop trust, ensure mutual respect, and hold honest conversations.  Effective leaders excel at communications, deliver on their promises, deal with difficult employees and produce the desired results.

Do you self-reflect on your leadership strengths and challenges?  How can you adapt your behavior to become a better leader? How can you ensure an effective coaching session to address employee concerns?

Learning Objectives:
1. Create relationships that include learning, discussing, compromising, and listening to get the best results.
2. Learn how to align and focus on what is important and move past what isn’t relevant.
3. Understand that rewarding relationships are also full of compromise and difficult conversations.

About our presenter:
Diana takes a dynamic approach when training individuals or groups to become effective leaders, team members and communicators.    She collaborates with companies to assist with issues, conflicts, coaching needs, employee engagement and customer service concerns.
