In this session Lynn will discuss typical approaches to change and common models, provide a quick primer on organizational development and effectiveness and an overview of the Bridges Model of Change including the deficit versus appreciative approach.

Mr. Nerenberg presents on how the IT Cloud offers a cheaper, faster and safer way for business to work. The Human Cloud utilizes a network of remote workers physically located wherever they live and replaces the need for local or on-premises resources for competitive advantage.

This presentation will address basic disability etiquette and ADA, teach attendees how to recognize unconscious bias, and start conversations in a safe manner. You will leave presentation knowing how to ask questions and conduct research (“You don’t know what you don’t know”). Plus, you will have a list of free recruiting and informational resources for future use.
     
1:30 – 2:30 pm   Build Employee Engagement into Your Employee Experience Strategy
