Developing and Leading High-Performing Teams

In today’s constantly changing and increasingly competitive world, the vital role of leadership is more important than it has ever been. As organizations must continuously adjust to ever-changing demands, cultivating an environment in which people are motivated, productive and innovative has become vital to the growth and sustainability of any organization.

This session will help participants understand a leader’s role in developing a cohesive, aligned, and adaptable team. Participants will develop a plan to apply this learning to their own real-world teams and organizations.

Jason Swain is the founder and President of Symbio. Symbio’s mission is putting human nature to work. We help leaders create organizational environments where peoples’ natural inclination and ability to trust, communicate and collaborate flourish. Symbio (formerly Jason Swain & Associates) is proud to have received the 2016 Agora Award for small business in Spokane and Coeur d’Alene.

Jason brings nearly two decades of organization development, training and coaching expertise to his clients. His unique focus encompasses an expertise and understanding of how peoplenaturally perform and relate. Jason has also taught in the MBA program at Gonzaga University. Symbio's clients include some of the most influential organizations in the Inland Northwest such as Avista, Clearwater Paper, Davenport Hotel Collection, Hoopfest, Inland Imaging, Northern Quest Resort & Casino, Numerica Credit Union, Providence Health Systems, University of Washington, Washington Trust Bank and many others.
