Topic: Managing Multiple Generations in the Workplace As several generations work together, there can be challenges and discomfort. Some of the challenges include communication styles, work life balance, work habits and change. However, multi-generations are more similar than different. This session will focus on managing some of these challenges and how to connect generations through commonalities, mentorships, training, recognition, fun activities and appreciating the value each person brings.
Presented by Jacquelynn Sharpe Ravella Jacquelynn is a facilitator with a focus on teambuilding. Her background includes management, training and teaching. Her experience includes working with culturally diverse and multiple generations at Nike, Microsoft, H&R Block, K-12 and Higher Education. She has presented on team building for PMI and ATD.
